Our purpose-To know Christ and make Him known-describes the center and direction of our ministry. From the beginning, we have sought not only to reach people for Christ but to equip them so that they, in turn, can help fulfill Christ's commission to "go and make disciples of all nations."
Navigators spend

Laborers and leaders are emerging, with an increasing passion for Jesus Christ. They demonstrate faith and courage as they live and minister among their communities and families. As spiritual parents, they model maturity, authenticity, and relevance.
They are marked by a deep engagement with and obedience to the Scriputres as the Word of God. They believe the promises of God and seek to know and pursue the purposes of God both personally and in committed communities.
Supported financially by those they minister to and individuals in the community, some of theses equipped laborers who already sacrifice their time and their homes are able to withdraw from work and labor full-time as field staff, training and supporting insiders in the community. Today, tens of thousands of people worldwide are coming to know and grow in Jesus Christ through the various ministries of the Navigators. Internationally, more than 4,000 Navigator staff staff of 64 nationalities serve in more than 100 countries. With passion to know, love, and become like Jesus, the Gospel spreads naturally and powerfully, as believers share Christ…life upon life.
